Pakistani citizens MUST obtain a valid visa before departing for Singapore.

• Financial Proof: Solo travelers must show a 6-month bank statement with a minimum balance of **PKR 800,000** (Families: **PKR 1.6 Million**).
• Stay & Validity: Approved eVisas usually allow a **30-day stay** within a 90-day validity window.
• Application: Can be submitted via authorized agents or a local contact in Singapore with a **Singpass**.
• Fees: Total cost through agents in Pakistan is approx. **PKR 21,000 – 25,000** including the S$30 embassy fee.

Since **30 January 2026**, ICA screens passengers before they even board their flight in Pakistan.

• Boarding Denial: If your visa is invalid or your **SG Arrival Card** is missing/wrong, the airline will receive an automated "No-Boarding Directive".
• "OK to Board": Airlines must receive this digital status from Singapore ICA to allow you to board.
• Accuracy: Ensure your SGAC details match your passport exactly; any mismatch will trigger an NBD.

The **SG Arrival Card (SGAC)** is a mandatory digital declaration for all 2026 travelers.

• Timing: Must be submitted within **3 days** before your arrival in Singapore.
• Cost: Submission via the official ICA website or **MyICA Mobile app** is 100% free.
• e-Pass: Upon entry, you will receive an electronic visit pass via email; manual stamps are no longer used.

Changi Airport has fully rolled out passport-less clearance for departing passengers.

• First Entry: You must present your physical passport at the manual counter for your first 2026 arrival to enroll biometrics.
• The Exit: When leaving Singapore, you can use automated lanes with just **facial and iris biometrics**—no need to show your passport.
• Smart Travel: This reduces immigration clearance time to less than **10 seconds**.
