Turkish ordinary passport holders do not require an advance visa for short visits.

• Stay Duration: You are generally granted a 30-day stay upon arrival.
• Passport Validity: Your passport must be valid for at least **6 months** beyond the date of entry.
• Sufficient Funds: You must prove you have enough money for your stay (suggested **$100/day**).
• Onward Ticket: A confirmed return or onward flight ticket is mandatory for entry.

The SG Arrival Card (SGAC) is a mandatory digital declaration for ALL travelers.

• Submission Window: Must be filed within **3 days** (72 hours) prior to arrival.
• Cost: Official registration is 100% free via the official ICA website or the **MyICA Mobile app**.
• Contents: Requires passport data, flight details, accommodation address, and a health declaration.
• e-Pass: Upon successful submission, you receive a digital "e-Pass" via email, replacing the physical passport stamp.

Since **30 January 2026**, Singapore screens passengers before they even board in Turkey.

• Pre-Departure Vetting: ICA uses your SGAC and flight manifest data to screen you before takeoff.
• Boarding Denial: If you haven't filed your SGAC correctly or have a passport with < 6 months validity, ICA will issue an NBD to the airline (e.g., Turkish Airlines).
• Airlines' Role: Airlines must deny boarding to anyone with an NBD or face a fine of up to **$10,000**.
• Tip: Always double-check your SGAC confirmation status before heading to Istanbul Airport.

Singapore's Changi Airport is now one of the most automated hubs in the world.

• Biometric Entry: First-time visitors must enroll fingerprints and facial biometrics at manual counters. Departure is then passport-less via automated lanes.
• Vapes/E-Cigarettes: 100% PROHIBITED. Possession leads to fines/confiscation—even at the airport.
• Tobacco: Strictly NO duty-free allowance. Every single cigarette must be declared and taxed at the "Red Channel".
• Currency: You must declare cash or monetary instruments exceeding **S$20,000**.
